There is a need to provide high quality astronomy education to the largest possible audience. Streaming video over the internet is one way to reach these students. Presenting video images over the internet has challenges. We must try to engage the student in a high quality learning experience. But, we must take into account limited bandwidth available over the internet. The developed course content is based on national standards. An in house course management system has been developed to provide access to the course content and to facilitate communication between the students and faculty, and the students and each other. The course, as delivered, contains video narration, still pictures, and text using Flash for presentation. The student learning experience will be demonstrated.
