[44.09] Long Term Monitoring of Northern Hemisphere Polars (AM Her stars).

D. Allen, E. Davis, J. Silvey, R. Canterna (University of Wyoming)

As part of the long term variable star monitoring program at University of Wyoming’s Red Buttes Observatory, we present UBVRI data of northern hemisphere AM Her-type stars. The observations were taken at the RBO 0.6 meter reflector with an Apogee AP8 camera. These cataclysmic variables with strong magnetic fields were observed over a year’s span from October 2002 in all 5 colors. These Polars were all in their quiescent stage.
