On September 17 - 19 a meeting, ``Stellar Photometry: Past, Present and Future," was held in Vilnius, Lithuania as part of the celebration of the 250th year of the Astronomical Observatory of the Vilnius University. Forty-four astronomers from fourteen countries attended the meeting. The first session was devoted to three papers on the history of astronomy and of the Vilnius Observatory. The second day was concerned with Strömvil photometry; observations of standards, of M 67, image reduction methods and the calibration of the system. There were papers on Vilnius photometry, GAIA multicolor photometry and selecting a photometric system for the satellite. On the third day there were sessions on the photometry of variable and double stars with a subsession session on the Whole Earth Telescope. The meeting was organized by J. Sudzius. The proceedings will be published in Baltic Astronomy and will be edited by Meistas, Philip, Straizys and Sudzius.
