[128.01] Grant Writing: Best Practices for Successful Proposals

The Committee on Employment will host a special session on grant writing, primarily targeted at senior graduate students and postdocs. The session aims to provide guidelines and best practices for writing effective grant proposals.

A panel of invited speakers from funding programs at NASA and NSF Astronomy will review some of the specific requirements for their agencies. Experienced reviewers will discuss the subtleties of creating a successful proposal. The talks will be followed by a Q&A session.
