A line profile analysis of individual diffuse interstellar bands (DIBs) can provide useful information on the carriers of these as yet unidentified interstellar absorption features. We present results of our study of the line shapes of both the 4428 Å\ and 6284 Å\ lines using Gaussian, Lorentzian, and Drude profile fits to high S/N spectroscopic data taken at the ARC 3.5 m telescope. We discuss implications of our results and any constraints we are able to place on the species that are the carriers of the two DIBs.
