A 112ks Chandra ACIS-S HETGS observation of the Seyfert 2 galaxy IRAS 18325-5926 reveals (1) highly blue-shifted ionized absorption line(s) possibly from a disk wind and (2) a broad asymmetric emission line originating from a highly ionized accretion disk. The findings here are compared with the outflows seen in broad absorption line quasars. Implications for Seyfert 1 - Seyfert 2 unification are also investigated.
