We present recent developments in numerical modeling of magnetized flows in the vicinity of a solar mass black hole in the context of the collapsar model of GRBs. We will focus on studying the nature and interaction of four flow components: polar funnel, accretion disk, disk corona, and outflow in a form of a jet or wind or both. Our previous study showed that, within the collapsar model, MHD effects alone are able to launch, accelerate and sustain a strong polar outflow. We also found that the outflow is Poynting flux-dominated. Here we will explore various initial conditions to check how robust are these results and what are their observational consequences.
