The powerful radio source TN J1338-1942 (z=4.1) lies at the center of a protocluster of star-forming galaxies. The host galaxy is by far the dominant galaxy in the region, and is therefore likely to evolve into the brightest cluster member at low-redshift. In this talk I will present observations of the TN J1338 field using the Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS) on-board the Hubble Space Telescope. These high spatial-resolution images reveal several interesting kpc-scale features within the host galaxy. We interpret some of these as evidence for processes linking the black-hole, the host galaxy and the surrounding gaseous medium.
