Two important parameters that characterize galaxies are their sizes and luminosities. We explore the bi-variate distribution of size and luminosity for high-redshift galaxies using data from the Great Observatories Origins Deep Survey (GOODS) and the Hubble Ultra Deep Field. With careful attention to selection effects and measurement biases, we measure evolution in this distribution from redshifts z=1 to z=6 and explore dependencies on galaxy color and morphology.
