We present preliminary analysis of the Spitzer Cores to Disks Legacy Project MIPS maps of the Ophiuchus molecular clouds. These images cover the 24, 70, and 160 micron bands for a region over 8 square degrees in size. Each field was observed at two epochs separated by several hours in order to identify the considerable number of asteroids in these low ecliptic latitude fields. Estimated point source sensitivity is 1.3 mJy at 24 microns, and 65 mJy at 70 microns. These maps reveal numerous point sources, small nebulae, and cloudlets which still appear dark at 24 microns. The background consists of highly structured bright nebulosity which is not precisely spatially coincident with the regions of greatest optical extinction. We will present far-IR SEDs for some of the most interesting sources in the maps, and analyze the source statistics as compared with the extragalactic background found on off-cloud control fields and the SWIRE extragalactic survey.
