The Spitzer Wide-area Infrared Survey (SWIRE) images an area of more than 45 square degrees at high galactic latitude in seven mid- and far-infrared bands. We present extragalactic number counts for several fields in the 24 micron band. Models of infrared galaxy evolution vary widely, and tracing 24 micron emission over the large volumes and size scales in the SWIRE fields is key to understanding the changes in star formation rate between z=1-2 and the present. We focus on mapping across the wide SWIRE fields the relative contributions of disks, starbursts, and AGN in the 24 micron band, and compare with models and with SDSS results.
