A flux limited complete sample of bright Spitzer FIR sources is constructed from the Spitzer First Look Survey (FLS) database. Mid- and far-IR photometric data are derived, and optical/IR counterparts are identified using the SDSS and 2MASS database. Follow-up HI and CO observations have been conducting using the GBT and FCRAO 14-m telescope, and the derived total gas masses are compared with their FIR luminosity and dust masses derived from the IRAS and Spitzer measurements. The knowledge we gained from the study of these low redshift sources will be extremely valuable in understanding the nature of the entire faint IR source populations identified by deep Spitzer surveys.
