[54.15] Photometric and Spectroscopic Observations of AN Lyncis, BO Lyncis, and GW Ursae Majoris

T.C. Bush, E.G. Hintz (Brigham Young. Univ.)

We present results for three understudied \delta Scuti variables: AN Lyncis, BO Lyncis, and GW Ursae Majoris. These stars were examined both photometrically and spectroscopically. Photometric observations were made with the 0.4-m David Derrick Telescope of the Orson Pratt Observatory. Spectroscopic observations were made with the 1.2-m and 1.8-m of the Dominion Astrophysical Observatory. Our photometric data extends the timeline over which these stars have been examined. It also contributes to an investigation of period and amplitude variations happening in these stars. In addition to the photometric observations, we will report on spectroscopic observations of these three stars.

We acknowledge the Dominion Astrophysical Observatory for making available the 1.2-m and 1.8-m telescopes to aid in this research.
