[160.02] Initial Performance of the Swift XRT

The Swift Gamma-ray Burst Explorer is currently scheduled for launch on November 8, 2004. On this schedule, the X-ray Telescope (XRT) will be fully operational by early December, and will be well into its calibration phase by the time of this meeting. This talk will discuss the instrument capabilities and preliminary on-orbit performance.
