We present Spitzer IRAC and MIPS images and spectroscopy of M33 obtained at several epochs under the Gehrz Guaranteed Time Observer Program (PID 5). The current data set includes IRAC maps from 2003 December, 2004 July, August, and 2005 January, and MIPS maps from 2004 January and 2005 January. IRS follow-up spectra have been obtained for HIIregions BCLMP 79 and BCLMP 623, supernova remnants DDB 8 and Gordon #81, and the luminous evolved star Variable A. Plans for future imaging and spectroscopy are described. A preliminary analysis of the stellar populations in the south arm of M33 based upon these images is discussed by McQuinn et al. (2005; proceedings of this meeting). Work is underway to cross-correlate sources in the Spitzer images with catalogs at other wavelengths.

This work is supported in part by NASA (JPL/SSC, contracts 1256406 and 1215746).
