We report visibility data taken with the Palomar Testbed Interferometer on 26 cool components of symbiotic systems in the 2003-2004 observing season. Visibility data was taken in the H (1.65 um) and K (2.2 um) bands using the three baseline configurations (85-110 m) available at PTI. The visibility measurements of these cool stars are converted to angular sizes using the uniform disk (UD) model. The sizes of the cool components are then compared to UD sizes of Miras (Thompson, 2002) and giants (van Belle et al, 1999), in an effort to determine atmospheric differences between single and symbiotic cool components, and mass transfer in the symbiotic systems.
