[75.08] Automation of GRB Alerts and Analyses: Contributions with SARA

K. V. Garimella, A. L. Homewood, D. H. Hartmann (Clemson University), Clemson GRB Follow-Up Team

The Clemson GRB group utilizes a partnership with the SARA consortium to follow up bursts with the 0.9-meter telescope at Kitt Peak through prescheduled and target-of-opportunity observations. While SARA is not robotic, response times can be on the order of minutes, but typically are on the order of hours. To ensure a rapid response we have developed an automated data reduction software suite. Here we describe the details of this software and example analyses of Swift-detected bursts.
