We present a uniform set of supernova (SN) type Ia lightcurves with dense, pre-maximum sampling. These SNe, in galaxies behind the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC), were discovered by the SuperMACHO survey. SuperMACHO is a five year survey of the LMC that aims to determine the location of the lens population responsible for the excess microlensing rate seen by the MACHO project toward the Magellanic Clouds. Our lightcurves contain some of the earliest pre-maximum observations of SNIa to date. We provide constraints on the rate-of-rise and post-explosion time-to-maximum. A correlation between \Deltam_{15} and \Deltam_{-10}, the difference between the maximum magnitude and that ten days prior, is also observed.
