Hot molecular cores (HMCs) are one of the earliest observable phase of massive star formation, possibly containing massive protostellar objects which are still in the accreting phase. Here we present results from recent VLA observations of subarcsecond angular resolution and sub-milliJy sensitivity toward 3 HMCs. Compact radio continuum emission was detected for all target sources at several frequencies. We present images and cm SEDs for these sources and investigate the physical nature of the continuum sources.
