We report on near- and far-UV observations of the NTT Deep Field with the Galaxy Evolution Explorer (GALEX). To investigate the cold dust content of UV-selected galaxy populations, we compare the GALEX catalog with 1.2mm continuum mapping obtained with the Max-Planck Millimeter Bolometer (MAMBO) array at the IRAM 30m telescope. We discuss the implications of our results for understanding the dust SEDs of high-redshift galaxies.

This project is funded by NASA via GALEX Guest Investigator grant 04-0000-0074.
