A multi-wavelength set of data including optical, near-IR, H-alpha, IRAC, MIPS and VLA 20cm images is used to map the dust-obscured and unobscured star formation in the galaxy pair ARP 32. Using the detailed optical map to disentangle the emission from different knots in the infrared images, we estimate that most of the dust-obscured star formation in the system comes from two small regions of the galaxy which shows the most disrupted morphology.Optical spectroscopy obtained with Palomar-200inch telescope of the galaxy nuclei as well as of the regions which are more active in the infrared is presented.
