We present the results of new observations of several methanol maser lines in Class I sources. The rotational transitions at 25, 36 and 44 GHz were observed with the Haystack 37-m telescope, and the 146 and 95 GHz transitions with the 12-m Kitt Peak telescope. With various degrees of completeness, these transitions were observed in GGD27, Ori-KL, DR21, L379, IC 1369N, W75N, W5A, and G85.40. We detected the 90 – 81 transition at 146 GHz in two new sources – GGD27 and DR21 (only one source with this line has been known so far, NGC 2264). We use the results of these observations, in conjunction with previous observations made with the 37-m telescope under the Haystack Observatory Undergraduate Research Initiative, to extend the method, being developed by one of the authors (Pratap et al., in preparation), of determining the evolutionary stage of YSO’s associated with Class I methanol masers using the observed line ratios. This project was supported by the NSF grants AST-0354056 and DUE-0230495 and by the Nantucket Maria Mitchell Association.
