A substantial progress in the theory of magnetized turbulence calls for observational tests. I shall discuss a new promissing technique, namely, Velocity Coordinate Spectrum (VCS) and present spectra of HI obtained with this technique. I shall compare the spectra with the theoretical expectations and recent numerical results. I shall outline a number of new theoretical results that require further testing and provide a comparison of various techniques, including VCS, Velocity Channel Analysis (VCA), Velocity Centroids, Genus, as tools for providing such a comparison.
