High spatial resolution (0.051\arcsec/pixel) spectroscopy of the nuclear region of M51 has been obtained with the Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph (STIS). These observations span the spectral range from 2900 Å\ to 1 micron. Emission of [OII], H\beta, [OIII], H\alpha, [NII], and [SII] is detected. This emission is spatially clumped in discrete ``clouds". For [OIII], these clouds span ~5\arcsec. Velocities and flux ratios of the individual clouds will be presented and discussed.
