We present U, B, V, R, and I photometry of the central region of the open cluster M35. In association with the WIYN Open Cluster Study (WOCS), data were taken with the KPNO 0.9 m telescope using the t2ka CCD in October of 1996. PSF photometry was performed using daophot and standardization was calibrated independently and checked against recent CCD photometry of M35 and NGC 2158. Presented are an updated color-magnitude diagram and improved values of the age, distance, metallicity and reddening of this cluster.
