Lambda And (HD 222107) is one of the brightest X-ray emitters among the long-period RSCVn binaries. The system contains a G8 III-IV primary with a rotation period of 54 days, in a 20.5 day orbit with an unseen companion. Deep HETG spectra obtained with the Chandra Observatory in December 1999, show a rich emission spectrum of Fe XVII to XXIV including transitions of Fe XVII critical for constraining the ``bump'' in the emission measure distribution derived from earlier EUVE observations. Electron densities and upper limits as a function of temperature can be measured from the He-like ions of O, Ne, Mg, and Si, and individual abundances can be determined based on a secure emission measure distribution derived primarily from unblended lines of Fe.
