We present high resolution images of the Galactic SNR G292.0+1.8. G292 is a bright, young, oxygen-rich SNR with an unusual X-ray structure as seen in Einstein and ROSAT images. Chandra shows a complex web of filamentary structures comparable in many ways to Cas A. We present narrow band images in the prominent X-ray lines from this remnant, showing the distribution of different elements within the remnant. Like Cas A, the remnant has both spatial and spectral variations down to the 0.5 arcsecond resolution of Chandra.
