Two recent studies have verified the existence of short-term variability in some Mira variables (Maffei & Tosti 1995 AJ, 109, 2652 and de Laverny et. al. 1998 A&A, 330, 169). We have chosen four Miras that are suspected of exhibiting short-term variability, and are conducting concentrated observations in several wavelengths to further determine the character of these variations. Multiple variations of at least .15 magnitudes have been detected in one of the stars as well as a surprising .8 magnitude event. The results from summer 2001 observations are presented and a few conjectures are made.
