Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS) was installed in the HST on 7 March 2002 during the 3B servicing mission, and is in the process of commencing science operations. ACS features a Wide Field camera (WFC) designed for deep, survey imaging, a High Resolution Camera (HRC), and a Solar Blind Camera (SBC). We present the results of initial WFC observations of HII regions obtained during the Servicing Mission Observatory Verification program.

This work was supported by a NASA contract and a NASA grant.
