We report preliminary results from the GOODS gravitational lensing program. ACS images taken through the F435W (B), F606W (V), F775W (i), and F850LP (z) filters have been searched from strong-gravitational lens candidates. The search procedure is described and a sample of candidates is presented. The GOODS weak lensing program aims to measure the evolution of the mass-to-light ratios of galaxies as a function of redshift, and to measure cosmic shear on small angular scales as a function of source redshift. Galaxy image shapes are measured using the techniques of Bernstein and Jarvis. We outline the analysis procedure and the steps taken to control for systematic effects.
