[97.04] Cosmology and the Design of the SNAP Survey

The Supernova / Acceleration Probe (SNAP) is being designed to provide precision measurements of the cosmological parameters and dark energy. I review the SNAP simulation package and its use in determining instrumental requirements and the wide-field survey strategy as driven by our science objectives.
