We present ultraviolet spectra of the z=0.009 Seyfert\,1 galaxy NGC\,4593. For wavelengths extending from ~1150-1600\,Å~we have obtained moderately high spectral resolution, ~.03Å, observations with {\em HST}/STIS. Our STIS spectra of NGC\,4593 exhibit emission from Lyman\,\alpha, NV and CIV. Preliminary results indicate the presence of multiple absorbers along this line-of-sight. We will present our model results for the fits to the absorbers and discuss our results in context of our simultaneous {\em XMM-Newton} X-ray observations along this line of sight.
Support for these observations was provided by contract NAS5-30403.
