In conjunction with the Sloan Sky Survey (SDSS) and the development of the u'g'r'i'z' standard star system (Smith et al. 2002 AJ, 123, 2121), we present standards for use in the E-Regions. The E-Regions are located about -45 degrees and are well placed for southern hemisphere observers. The stars presented here have been placed onto the Johnson-Cousins UBVRI system by Graham (1982 PASP, 94, 244). Therefore, standardizing some of these same stars, ranging in magnitudefrom 10 to 16 in the u'g'r'i'z' system, will benefit both large and small telescope programs, provide a useful resource to the astronomical community, and further the development of the u'g'r'i'z' system.
