We present the spectra of eleven supernovae with redshifts in the range of 0.35 < z < 0.86. These spectra were obtained at the Keck observatory and the European Southern Observatory between December 1997 and May 2000. These supernovae were discovered by the Supernova Cosmology Project; lightcurves and cosmological results appear in ``New Constraints on \OmegaM, \Omega\Lambda, and w from an Independent Set of Eleven High-Redshift Supernovae Observed with HST" (Knop, et. al, 2003.). Redshifts were obtained through the use of both galaxy lines and supernovae lines, and supernova type was determined through spectrum matching.
