We present early results from a Spitzer Space Telescope program of IRAC imaging of high-z galaxy clusters. These data sample the rest frame near-IR, enabling study of the evolved stellar populations in the member galaxies up to z ~ 4. Combined with ground-based optical and near-IR photometry, the new IRAC observations allow us to estimate the stellar masses of galaxies in clusters over a very large range in redshift.
