We have obtained spectra of the emission line stars in the Arches Cluster with SpeX at the IRTF. The stars have been previously classified using low resolution (R~600) 1--2.5 \mum spectra as WN8-9 stars. SpeX has R~2000 at 0.8--2.5\mum and R~2500 at 2.4--5.5\mum, significantly increasing the combination of spectral resolution and wavelength coverage. Only a few lines in the wavelength range 2.5--5.5 \mum have been previousy observed for a few of these stars at high resolution. Due to the lack of optical spectra, the classification of these stars has been questioned due to degeneracies inherent in the spectra of hot stars in the 1--2.5 \mum range. We will present spectra from 1.5-5.5\mum, updated classifications, and revised stellar parameters for these stars. Finally, we will use these classifications in conjunction with high resolution Gemini photometry to address the proposed unusual IMF of this dense stellar cluster.
