We present a candidate X-ray binary discovered as part of a spectroscopic survey of the Galactic Center. Observations with NASA's Infrared Telescope Facility reveal an object with strong emission lines, including Brackett-gamma and HeI. P-Cygni absorption of the He 2.058-micron line is indicative of probable wind activity around a massive star. The X-ray spectrum has very prominent Fe 6.7-keV emission. We compare the source to both known wind-colliding binaries and high-mass X-ray binaries and tentatively conclude that this is more likely to be a compact object binary.
