We are presenting the evolution of the clustering of galaxies in the HST-COSMOS field, based on deep CFHT and SUBARU photometry. Photometric redshifts have been calibrated with spectroscopic redshifts. The correlation length of galaxies has been derived as a function of luminosity and type over a range of redshifts from z=0 to 1.5.
